Our conversion kits are designed to fit most standard bicycles. We recommend checking your wheel size and bottom bracket width against our product specifications before purchasing.
What kind of warranty do you offer on batteries and motors?
We provide an 18-month warranty on motors and a 12-month warranty on lithium-ion batteries, covering any manufacturing defects under normal use.
Do I need special tools to install the conversion kit?
Most kits include the basic tools required for installation. However, a standard bike toolkit and a torque wrench are recommended for a professional and secure setup.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
